PostSox is a unique monthly subscription that delivers a pair of quirky, uniquely designed socks straight to your door step. Each month, our UK-based team design and create an original pair of socks, unlike anything your sock drawer has seen before!
Our rolling monthly subscription is just £7.99 a month. We also offer 3, 6- and 12-month subscriptions, allowing you to make great savings.
You’ll receive your first order 3–4 working days after ordering. After that, all socks are shipped during the second week of the month. Payments for each month’s pair are taken on the first of the month.
We believe everyone should have funky, unique socks available to them. That’s why we offer free delivery on all UK orders! If you’re in the EU, we have a low shipping rate of just £4.99.
Updating your address is no problem at all and can be done by logging into your account on the website.
- Head to the ‘My Account’ page
- Under ‘Shipping Address’ click ‘EDIT’ you can now amend/update the shipping address
If you need to change your details within in a week of the stated delivery date, please click here to create a ticket with your name, OLD delivery details, NEW delivery details and subscription number/unique code and a member of our friendly team will update your address for you.
All boxes ship during the second week of the month. Payments for each month’s delivery are taken on the first of the month.
If you’ve had your shipping confirmation email then it’s on the way! In the UK it should take about 2-3 days with our courier. If you miss the delivery, they should leave a card for you, but if they don’t just let us know. EU parcels will take a little longer (7-10 days).

When you sign up for your first pair of awesome socks, payment is taken immediately. For all following deliveries, renewals occur on the 1st of the month and orders ship on the second week of the month.
If you have chosen a recurring pre-pay schedule, then you will be charged for the chosen number of months, and then the same number of months will be charged again at the end of the period. For example, if you have bought 6-month subscription on 4th June, you will be charged for another 6 months on the 4th December. You can set your subscription to not auto-renew if you prefer.
